At Luxury Choice, we offer a 7-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices included.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, or customized items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The refund amount will be sent through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment option used.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Order Cancellation
